Presentation of the Jayco-AlUla 2025 team

New colors, bikes, recruits, full squad,… Here is the presentation of the Jayco-AlUla 2025 training.

The Jayco-AlUla team already has one victory in 2025. On January 9, Luke Plapp retained his title of Australian time trial champion, unlocking, at the same time, the team’s counter. In 2024, the Australian team took 14th place in the UCI team rankings, one place lower than the previous year. This season, the team loses Simon Yates, who joined Visma | Lease a Bike and will therefore change leader.

Jayco-AlUla recruits

Ben O’Connor is Jayco-AlUla’s flagship recruit. The climber will find a familiar atmosphere within the team, with almost a third of the squad being Australian. Author of a very great 2024 season with a 4th place in the Giro, a 2nd place in the Vuelta before finishing vice-world champion at the end of the year, O’Connor took 4th place in the UCI individual ranking. The team also recruited eight other riders, including Koen Bouwman, Paul Double, but also the cross-country mountain bike world champion, Alan Hatherly.

The 2025 Jayco-AlUla jersey

The 2025 kit has a distinct MAAP aesthetic and incorporates influences from MAAP’s team and home country of Australia, as well as that of co-title sponsor AlUla. It combines inspirations from nature such as the windswept sands of the Outback and the AlUla Desert with influences from the world of professional cycling.

Jayco-AlUla’s 2025 bikes

Giant will once again supply the Jayco-AlUla bikes this season. Change of color on the jersey requires, the bikes will also be in purple. Riders will use the aero model, the Propel Advanced SL and the TCR Advanced SL, ideal for challenging mountain stages or rugged classics.
