The Racing Club of Francethe first multi-sports club in France, founded in 1882, announced the creation of a strategic partnership with theNational Union of Professional Cyclists (UNCP), aimed at providing a professional retraining framework for high-level cyclists. Officialized by Séverine Desbouyspresident of the Cycling & Mobility section of the Racing Club de France, and Pascal Singerpresident of theUNCPthe partnership will allow professional cyclists in retraining to support members of the Racing Club of France in their cycling. They will thus have access to the knowledge and experience of qualified cycling champions in DEJEPS training. This is very good news at a time when many cyclists are finding it difficult to retrain after their retirement from sport.

Séverine Desbouys was delighted with this partnership: “This collaboration offers our members the opportunity to benefit from the support and advice of former champions in a quality setting, while actively contributing to the retraining of professional cyclists”. Pascal Singer also reacted to this collaboration: “This partnership allows us to offer riders in DEJEPS training a unique opportunity to pass on their know-how to club members. Sharing experience is essential to improve the safety and quality of cycling, whether it is participates in the Savoir Rouler à Vélo program, cycling to work, or competitions”.
