“HELP THE CLUBS”
The Norman club will focus on training young people, with an Open 1 and 2 group. “We are mainly going to race in Normandy. There are young people who believe in us, and the community of municipalities will continue to support us.”
Michel Balcou regrets the situation in which amateur cycling finds itself. “The Federation wants amateur teams to professionalize but with what money? We must instead help the clubs, particularly in the implementation of “Know how to ride a bike””.
N1, N2, N3 and DN HOPES
