PARALYMPIC GAMES PARIS 2024 – Several medals are possible for this new day, while the Blues must consolidate their place in the Top 5 in the medals table

Before tackling the last weekend of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, this Friday, September 6 promises to be a spectacle with, hopefully, several gold medals for the French delegation. In para swimming, para athletics and para judo, the Tricolores have a chance to shine. 5th in the medal table, France wants more and wants to widen the gap with the Tokyo record (54 medals).

French medal chances according to the September 6 program

In para swimming, the gold medalist in the 100m freestyle on September 1st, Emeline Pierre (1’00″49, personal record) will go for a second medal in the 100m backstroke S10.

Hector Denayer, silver medalist in the 100m breaststroke, is competing in the 100m butterfly S9. He is only 19 years old and has a great future ahead of him. In para judo, Nathan Petit will aim for a medal in -73 kg. In Tokyo, he was in -80 kg.
