Tuesday January 21, around 8 a.m., a traffic accident took place on departmental road 944 near the town of Eyres-Moncube. Three cars were involved in a terrible collision. The SDIS40 hired around fifteen firefighters on site. When they arrived, firefighters discovered four victims, including a 33-year-old man trapped in the sheet metal. He was extricated and taken care of by a Smur40 team before being transported in a state of absolute emergency to the Mont-de-Marsan hospital. Two other victims, a 63-year-old woman and a 69-year-old man, were treated and transported to a health facility for check-ups. As for the fourth victim, a 29-year-old woman, she was examined and left there. The police went to the scene of the accident and carried out the usual findings in order to determine the exact causes of this collision.
