If you have suffered frost or storms on your farmlandit's time to fill out your request for compensation. Following the recognition of losses relating to agricultural disasters, the procedures for claiming compensation have been open in Tarn-et-Garonne since January 6, 2025.

Who can benefit from it?

THE agricultural disasters for loss of funds are as follows:

  • pour root asphyxiation of fruit plants following excess water from October 15, 2023 to June 30, 2024 throughout the department,
  • for ground damage in the municipalities of Lafrançaise, Montpezat de Querçy and Nègrepelisse.

For the crop lossesit is about

  • those related to excess water from October 2023 to June 2024 throughout the department
    for: arboriculture: apricot, cherry, hazelnut and apple (russeting); field crops: soft wheat, durum wheat, triticale, rye, barley and beekeeping.
  • those related to storms from May 7 to 18, 2024 in the municipalities of Albias, Honor de Cos and Nègrepelisse for: arboriculture: cherry and pear
  • those related to spring frost 2024 for: vat viticulture for the municipalities of Donzac, Labastide Saint Pierre, Nohic and Vaïssac; Muscat variety wine grapes for the commune of .

How to be compensated?

The files will be completed by the farmers affected by this damage and returned to the DDT before February 7, 2025.

  • either by paper by returning the forms available for download on the
    State services internet portal: https://www.tarn-et-garonne.gouv.fr
