The list of contenders for the various Vélos d’or was revealed this Monday, October 14, by Bike Magazinewhich awards these trophies. The winners will be announced on December 6 during a special ceremony at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris.

Nivernais Lenny Martinez was selected for the Bernard Hinault Trophy, which rewards the best French rider and the best French road rider of the season.
The Groupama-FDJ climber, who will join Bahrain-Victorious next year, is accompanied in his category by Romain Bardet (DSM-Firmenich PostNL), Benoit Cosnefroy (Decathlon – AG2R La Mondiale), Paul Lapeira (Decathlon – AG2R La Mondiale), Christophe Laporte (Visma – Lease a bike) and his teammate Valentin Madouas.
