The Eritrean runner, Kudus Merhawihas just signed up with Burgos-BH from Conti training, Terengganu Cycling Team. The African has played for 8 seasons at WorldTour level. Having passed through Brittany-Dried Environment, Merhawi had then joined Dimension Data, Astana Then EF Education Easy-Post. At 30, the climber has become an experienced rider who will be able to greatly help his new Spanish team in its quest for UCI points.

“Merhawi is a top-level and very complete cyclist. He is primarily a climber, but he also does well in time trials and has good speed. He has many years of experience in the WorldTour and has participated in the three major tours.
