25 years of experience in the field
Aurore Guilleaux began her professional life as a hospital service agent. She then worked as a home helper in the Rennes region, before moving to the position of medico-psychological assistant within an Alzheimer’s unit, in the largest day reception center in Ille. -and-Vilaine. “ The covid-19 pandemic has been there. I understood that my job had lost its meaning and its values. I have decided to leave my position”,
remarks Aurore Guilleux.
She then embarked on training to become a sector manager and work in the service sector. Training in hand, she worked for two years as director in a senior service residence, where she learned about support, but also about the profitability requirement of these establishments.
“It didn’t quite correspond to the idea I had of supporting seniors,”
she said. With 25 years of experience, she decided to set up on her own and create The Key to Well-Being at Home.
