Marie-Pierre Debuck specializes in the makeover of furniture, mostly old, in Lèves. “I give furniture a second life while respecting its history,” she explains.

Former sales administration manager, Marie-Pierre Debuck decided to retrain after the closure of her site, in Eure-et-Loir, in 2020. “I always loved decoration, and I was already painting furniture as an amateur” , she specifies. Trained in a decoration school in (Essonne), she embarked on this new adventure by joining a business incubator. A first experience which did not allow him to realize his ambitions, since it fell in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite everything, she continued in this currently very trendy direction, which affects all populations.

Four years later, she is at the head of a workshop where she passionately restores and transforms furniture often loaded with family memories. Each of his creations goes through meticulous stripping, often carried out by airbrushing, before being repainted or left in a natural state according to the client’s wishes.

This work, which combines artisanal know-how and a sense of aesthetics, makes it possible to preserve family furniture to which the owners are often very attached while adapting it to current trends. In addition to the aesthetic aspect, its method offers durability that is not always found in new furniture.
