The air fryer or AirFryer is the new equipment that has invaded many kitchens. The promise? Prepare crispy foods without adding fat. But, quoted by the website Mirroran expert reminds us of good practices to avoid food poisoning.

Indeed, a common mistake can put you in danger. Like all appliances in your kitchen, the air fryer must be cleaned frequently to eprevent the proliferation of bacteria. But, if cleaning is not always thorough with the oven, it must be with this equipment. Indeed, a piece of chicken infected with salmonella could contaminate other foods that will then be cooked in the air fryer.

Avoid the accumulation of germs

Candess Zona-Mendola, a food safety blogger, warns that cooking in a dirty air fryer without cleaning it “between two uses” considerably increases the risk of food contamination.
