Alice Darfeuille (20H BFM) lives in two very distant cities in France: “I still have a somewhat complicated life…”

At the start of the September school year, Eric Brunet arrived with great fanfare at BFMTV. Indeed, at the time, the editorialist, who also hosts Listeners have the floor on RTL since August 2023, left the 10 p.m. to midnight slot that he presented with Émilie Broussouloux on the group’s channel TF1 for the box from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on BFM. Although he was accompanied for several months by Alice Darfeuille, the latter quickly left the show. A situation that she explained during her interview with our colleagues from The Buzz TVsa program broadcast every evening of the week on Le Figaro TV, this Thursday, January 16. Now at the head of 20H BFM on the same channel from Friday to Sunday evening, the 41-year-old from Bordeaux took the opportunity to confide in her life as a mother at the head of a blended family.

“Is the pace of life you have today compatible with a balanced life? Are you generally not there when a traditional family gets together, that is to say on Saturdays and Sundays? Sunday ?”asked Damien Canivez, in charge of the show alongside Sarah Lecoeuvre, the daughter of Fabien Lecoeuvre, who was recaptured during the Kendji affair. And to the BFMTV journalist to respond: “I still have a somewhat complicated life, that is to say that I live between Paris and Bordeaux. In addition, I have a blended family because I am with someone one who has two daughters, I have one so we have three daughters going to school in Bordeaux.” A life at a hundred miles an hour which forces her to take a lot of transport: “I spend a lot of time on trains”. However, this rhythm suits him perfectly. “Finally, it’s not bad because it gives me time to be in Bordeaux during the week with the girls and for the weeks when I don’t have my daughter, to be with my partner who is in Paris so without telling my life and without spreading out this weekend organization, it gives me time during the week which allows me to take care of my family life”, she concludes amused by this situation which is still quite unusual: “Even I have trouble explaining it […] I find my account there”.
