Star chef Christophe Ducros, at the head of the restaurant La Table d’Uzèsinvites gourmets to try an unusual culinary experience by highlighting one of the most refined products of French gastronomy: the truffle. To celebrate this ingredient, the chef is offering a special menu until Sunday February 16, 2025.

Combining tradition and innovation, Christophe Ducros has imagined several recipes using this black diamond, while highlighting local and seasonal products.
