This Friday, January 10, Florent Peyre was invited on the set of the show Télématin, broadcast on France 2. The 44-year-old comedian and actor spoke about his show Nature, which he has been performing on stage for four years already and which is a success. His last date will be January 19, 2025 at the Folies Bergères in Paris, he announced in October with enthusiasm and emotion on Instagram, adding that other great projects will follow. And for the music of his show, he notably called on Pascal Obispo. But when they met, the two men really didn’t get along well. As he confided, the 60-year-old songwriter then seemed to have a grudge against him.
“Our meeting with Pascal was very funny,” he said, with a smile on his lips, expanding on his point: “He threatened me for a whole evening, I thought he was going to punch me in the face. He made me like De Niro in My Stepfather and Me.” Florent Peyre then put his fingers in front of his eyes before turning them towards his imaginary interlocutor to imitate this frightening gesture. The comedian then explained why the singer obviously didn’t appreciate him and his spicy humor. “I made a joke about him in a promo show,” he said by way of explanation. More seriously, the actor indicated why he sought help from Pascal Obispo for the musical aspect of his show.
