Clearly, this is the week of major upheavals for our Quebec television. After experiencing all the possible emotions with the return of our daily newspapers this week, we learned today that - will completely transform its schedule for next fall.
This will have a direct impact on one of the current projects, STAT, which will change format. Find out the details here.
In the same conference, we learned that the prolific author Luc Dionne will make a return to daily life after a star-studded career with District 31, with a project that will be presented to viewers starting next fall.
It’s an idea that sprouted in Luc Dionne’s head, except that the author is particularly busy with Dumas these days. This is why he entrusted author Nadine Bismuth with writing the series. Luc Dionne will work on script-editing, while Aetios will oversee the production of the project.
For the moment, the team did not want to reveal either the title or the subject of this daily news, which will take over the STAT time slot which has become an annual series.
The author explained that he did not want to have his idea stolen before the series went into production, which would have happened to him in the past. He did not wish to comment further on this assertion.
Luc Dionne, however, agreed to provide first-hand information to Showbizz.net : the series will not present different cases, as was the case with District 31 (several cases of police investigations), or more recently with STAT (medical cases) or Indefensible (legal cases). The formula will be different.
-The actors who will be part of the cast have not been announced. Little idea: we really hope to see Patrick Labbé there!
André Béraud, director of fiction and feature films on television at -, said: “ As usual, we will make a more formal announcement with the content, with other information as we always do. Today, it was really to talk to you about the transformation of our grid this fall and the why. »
