After 17 years of marriage and three children, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are preparing to begin divorce proceedings. Here is THE official reason for their breakup.
The 43-year-old actress and the 45-year-old producer were last seen together last November at a basketball game in Los Angeles. Since then, according to several sources, the signs of a breakup have become evident, starting with Jessica Alba who was seen without her wedding ring during a pre-Golden Globes party and Chris Warren was also photographed without his in Los Angeles.
According to a source cited by People, the two stars are still “friends and only think of the children”. “If they file for divorce, it’s not because of a hate drama. They always look happy together.” specifies the informant. So, the real reason would be the wear and tear of time: “Jess has mentioned over the years though that it’s hard to keep the spark alive.”
Remember that this is not the first time that the couple has made headlines by going through a crisis. A first separation occurred four years after their meeting because of Cash Warren’s jealousy. This is what the latter explained in the podcast Whine Down with Jana Kramer.
Their love story
Met in 2004 on the set of the film Fantastic Fouras Cash Warren was the director’s assistant, the couple married in May 2008. They have three children together: Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7.
