Charles III himself is a fan of transformations. A fervent environmentalist, he has implemented new initiatives to defend the environmental cause, such as the greening of his royal properties. But it is for a completely different reason that the king is speaking at the moment. With the end of year celebrations literally upon us, Charles III has ended a collaboration with a historic partner of the British crown.
According to information from Daily Mailthe king has indeed just granted royal mandates to more than 400 companies. Concretely, if they appear on Charles's list, they are entitled to use the royal coat of arms and are certified as official suppliers to the Crown, for five years. Among the lucky companies that appear on the list are the brands Heinz, Nestlé and Kellog's, among others, as stated Gala. Other brands have, on the contrary, lost their title. This is surprisingly the case of Cadbury, a chocolate manufacturer which has been favored by the monarchy for 170 years. Cadbury was also Elizabeth II's favorite chocolate maker. The brand sent him boxes of chocolates every year for Christmas. Obviously, Charles III does not have the same tastes as his mother.
