He will therefore also face Annick Charette, Patricia Tulasne, Anne-Marie Charette, Sophie Moreau, Danie Frenette, Guylaine Courcelles, Marylena Sicari and Martine Roy. Already indicted in 2018 after being accused of rape and indecent assault in 1980, Gilbert Rozon was acquitted in December 2020.

Gilbert Rozon remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the end of the trial.
