“Wicked” has a nice surprise in store for fans of the musical behind the film [SPOILER] (Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, who play the witches Elphaba and Galinda in the Disney musical “Wicked”)
CINEMA – The Witches of the Land of Oz arrived on the big screen Friday, November 22 across the Atlantic, to the great joy of fans of Wicked. In France, it will be in theaters on December 4. This film is the cinematic adaptation of the Broadway musical of the same name, performed in the 2000s. For these new adventures, Elphaba, the green-skinned witch is played by Cinthya Erivo and Glinda, the good witch, by Ariana Great.
During the first theatrical releases of director Jon M. Chu's feature film, early fans got a nice surprise that must have taken them back twenty years.

On his side, Kristin Chenoweth said she was afraid to take part in the project and steal the spotlight from the lead actresses who were reprising their roles. “I was so honored that they wanted to include us,” she declared to Variety.
