CM Punk was interviewed by Peter Rosenberg of Rosenberg Wrestling this week, and the Best In The World has, among other topics, named several wrestlers he would like to face and work with in WWE in the future.

CM Punk “very excited” about WWE coming to Netflix

Ahead of WWE Raw's debut on Netflix, the former WWE Champion first confessed that he never would have imagined he would be a part of this adventure just a few years ago, and that he was ” very excited” at the idea of ​​seeing the Stamford company’s programs arrive on the airwaves of one of the largest distribution and streaming companies in the world.

Peter Rosenberg then invited CM Punk to look back on his year back in WWE, a year the wrestler is proud and satisfied with, given the enthusiasm fans have had for his work, and this despite his right triceps tear which occurred last January.

CM Punk also said he wanted to make the most of the time he has left in the business. Entertaining fans while having fun is the Chicago native's goal; a speech which echoes that of a certain Kevin Owens, who shared the same feeling with us during the WWE Backlash weekend in , last May.

“I think a face-to-face with Roman Reigns will be a great moment”

Subsequently, CM Punk shared a non-exhaustive list of wrestlers with whom he would like to share the ring in WWE before the end of his career.

[…] I think that when we have a televised face-to-face with Roman Reignsit will be a great moment. I think the stage is set for something between me and Cody [Rhodes]. You never know when The Rock will come back. » CM Punk continued.

Peter Rosenerg then asked the wrestler about John Cena, who will be doing a farewell tour of WWE in 2025, with around 30 appearances during the year: ” There is Big Match John who's about to come back, but he's someone I don't want to talk about because he'll do whatever he wants, and if I'm part of the discussion then I'll be lucky.
