“I’m talking about women who want to pay men”

After days of filming in the Camargue, of which we told you behind the scenes in September, the Escort Boys team recently took up residence in Marseille. Where other beautiful places have been unearthed, such as a villa located near the Château Pastré (8th).

It was in this intimacy that Josiane Balasko, distinguished guest for season 2 of the successful television series, came to film a few scenes. In which she plays one of the women resorting to male prostitution. Between two takes full of complicity with her filming partner Thibaut Evrard, under the eye of director Ruben Alves, the actress spoke about this role echoing Customer : her book which she adapted into a film in 2008, which also reversed the usual pattern of prostitution.

How did you get on the set of “Escort Boys” season 2?

Oddly enough I haven't seen the series but I wanted to. Ruben Alves had already contacted me for his film Miss (2020), dedicated to Miss France, but I was no longer free for the date in the end. We had already liked each other at that time and for this series, the subject spoke to me.
