While waiting to know when this disc will be available, the multi-talented artist continues to mix the arts and announces the release of a feature film of the same name, Hurry Up Tomorrowa “extension” from the album. It will be a psychological thriller directed by Trey Edward Shults to whom we owe the horror film It comes at night acclaimed by critics in 2017. The soundtrack will be by The Weeknd and Daniel Lopatin, an American musician who has been practicing experimental electronic music since 2004 under the pseudonym Oneohtrix Point Never (OPN). After the series The Idol which he created for HBO in 2023, The Weeknd returns in front of the camera and will play the hero of Hurry Up Tomorrow which has already been filmed and in which he stars alongside Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan (Saltburn, Dunkirk, Chernobyl), as revealed by Deadline. Distributed by Lionsgate, the film also has no official release date.
