Poupette Kenza in prison: twist for the influencer pregnant with her third child

The influencer is a free woman again! Accustomed to controversies, Poupette Kenza was indicted on July 7, 2024 for
“organized gang extortion attempt” and “criminal association” before being incarcerated. She allegedly tried to extract between €200,000 and €350,000 from a former associate, calling on a henchman to do so. Pregnant with her third child, the young woman benefited from a special cell for pregnant women.

On October 10, 2024, for Le Parisien, her lawyer, Me Hugues Vigier, was questioned about the possibility that she would give birth in prison. “This scenario is unthinkable. I am hopeful that she will come out very quickly and that her husband will, too. (…) We must remain reasonable. Her status as an influencer means that everyone has a paroxysmal reading of this affair, social networks are going crazy. Of course, it's a violent way of trying to resolve a commercial dispute, it's obviously prohibited, but we're not on the high end of extortion: they didn't hit anyone!”he had estimated.

Poupette Kenza: “I’m very anxious”

Since the start of her incarceration, the influencer kept saying that she was “out of place” in prison. On July 4, 2024, she declared:
“I'm five months pregnant and I can't stand the smells (…) In the jail, I was recognized and I got called all eveningI am very anxious”. Eight months pregnant today, she certainly did not want to give birth in prison. Thursday October 31, 2024, Le Parisien revealed that she was able to leave the remand center this morning.

Released under judicial supervisionPoupette Kenza has an obligation to report to the nearest police station, a ban on leaving the territory and coming into contact with the alleged victims. Although she does not have an electronic bracelet, she nevertheless had to hand over her passport to the police.

A liberation that makes you react

On X (formerly Twitter), many Internet users commented on the 24-year-old influencer's release from prison. “Justice no longer exists” ;
We leave the crooks out now, it makes sense ; “What? While she was there for kidnapping, extortion…” ; “French justice is not strict enough, too bad! This Poupette Kenza should have remained in prison there!”we can read.

Her fans, however, are happy that she got out and was able to reunite with her children. We can indeed read: “Poupette is free! The happiest day of my life!” ; I'm so glad she's out of prison.
I hope that this will have served as a lesson to her and that she will think of herself and her children.”
