About the Pop Forever catalog

Tom Wesselmann (1931-2004) is considered one of the most important Pop artists of his generation, with a production that spans almost five decades, from the 1950s to the 2000s. Born in Cincinnati, the artist will make New York, his place of life and creation, and he remained there until his death on December 17, 2004. The work explores all of the artist’s creative periods and retraces the main lines of the Pop Art movement.

Wesselmann’s works will be surrounded by the biggest names in Pop Art and his heirs, revealing past influences, as well as the artist’s impact on future generations.
