The animators of It’s 4 o’clock somewhereSébastien Benoit, Isabelle Racicot and José Gaudetreceived a visit from the popular Quebec hypnotist to their studio on Thursday.

At the start of the interview, José Gaudet asked the guest, jokingly, why the public was afraid of him, to which the main person replied that people don’t appreciate the loss of control. What the comedian didn’t know was that he would experience exactly this same loss of control a few minutes later.

Indeed, the one who presents his first solo show It was time has already been Messmer’s guinea pig on several occasions in various TV shows or public appearances, but he was once again caught in the game.

On Rythme’s social networks, an extract was posted where we first see one of the team’s colleagues being very receptive to Messmer’s orders. Then, the latter asked José to hold his hand.

After being reluctant (we could hear him say “no, no my a**”), a simple handshake made him fall into a state of hypnosis. He and his colleague, lovers in this parallel universe, speak to each other in an invented language.
