While she will take her first steps on the floor of Dancing with the Stars, Friday February 7, 2025, on TF1, Sophie Davant is a fulfilled woman. Thursday July 25, 2024, she made her romantic relationship with William Leymergie official, in the columns of Paris Match magazine. She then explained why she had chosen to wait before sharing it publicly: “It was never the right time. Above all, we wanted to respect the grief and mourning of William’s three children, who lost their mother in June 2020”, explained Sophie Davant. The host was referring to the death of Maryline Robin, the wife of William Leymergie. “When William lost his wife, I was one of the first he called,” remembered Sophie Davant.
Since then, the lovers have spoken freely about their romance and have even already talked about marriage… “At the risk of disappointing you, we haven’t decided anything, but we talk about it a lot. Would that make us happier?” , asks Sophie Davant. On William Leymergie’s side, those around him are ready to get involved in this union: “Moreover, some of them have already offered to be our witnesses.”
Happy discussions which have now become part of their life together, just like the one which focused on the host’s participation in Dancing with the Stars.
