According to sources from The Observerthe Financial Prosecutor’s Office, very determined to shed light on the gray areas of this financial scandal, has taken precautionary measures since yesterday going in the direction of expediting all three procedures involving the former accountant of Aprosi (Development Agency and promotion of industrial sites).
At the center of this alleged vast network of questionable financial transactions, she is cited in all the files. First, it was targeted by a complaint that the President of the Energy Sector Regularization Commission (Crse) filed with the Financial Prosecutor’s Office. Accused of embezzlement of public funds and money laundering, Tabaski Ngom certainly did not want to go down alone. These three comrades in misfortune, who each benefit from their own file, will ultimately find themselves in a procedure, by decision of the Financial Prosecutor’s Office, which ordered the joining of the three files, given their connection.
A designated investigating judge
