That was already a year and a half ago. On the night of September 27, 2023, Bruno Guillon and his family, his wife Marion and his 14-year-old son Anatole, were victims of a violent burglary in Tessancourt-sur-Aubette in Yvelines. Three men – two of whom were sentenced last November to 5 and 3 years in prison – stormed the host’s home and threatened him with a handgun. “I spent half an hour with a gun to my forehead […] hands tied behind the back and naked”, had told Bruno Guillon about this traumatic episode upon his return to the air of Fun Radio. This Wednesday, January 22, five men suspected of being involved in this home-jacking were tried for “complicity in kidnapping, complicity in theft with violence, criminal association”. At the Versailles criminal court, Bruno Guillon relived hell. “They locked me up with my son and, during that time, my wife was left alone with a gun to the back of her head for half an hour, wondering what was happening to her husband and son. son”would have reminded the host of the facts according to The Parisian. “You broke up a family and a couple. We, my wife, my son and I are doomed to be unhappy for the rest of our lives”he would have addressed the defendants, in tears, before summarizing the consequences of this home-jacking, the material damage of which amounts to nearly 103,000 euros: “They broke my life.”

During this trial, Bruno Guillon would have mentioned his son’s trauma after the events. “They ruined the life of a 14 year old boy at the time of the facts. He had dreams of studying that he would not achieve because, because of this attack, it became complicated at school.”he would have declared before describing the daily life of his child, aged 16 today: “There is not a night when, when he goes to bed, my son does not ask me if I have set the alarm. There is not a night when, when he hears a noise in the house, he doesn’t bang on the wall to ask us what’s going on.”
Burglary of Bruno Guillon: 5 to 10 years in prison required for the defendants
Among the defendants indicted this Wednesday, January 22, a 19-year-old man was identified by Bruno Guillon and his wife as being the third man present during the burglary. Aged 19, he allegedly provided an alarm jammer and “apologized to the victims” during the trial. A 21-year-old man allegedly admitted “having carried out three locations at the Guillon home”. A 32-year-old man, who already has six convictions to his credit, is accused of “having provided a fallback apartment for the burglars”. Aged 29, another defendant would be accused of having participated in scouting the host’s home and would be “indicted in other legal proceedings”. Finally, a 28-year-old man would be involved, whose name is cited in other cases of “personality burglaries” and was convicted for the burglary of Sylvie Tellier. According to The Parisiansentences of five to ten years’ imprisonment were requested against them.
