After more than 20 years of absence, Le Bigdil made its big return to the screens since Thursday January 2, 2025 on RMC Story, and it did not disappoint! This cult game hosted by Vincent Lagaf found its audience with an enthusiastic welcome to say the least. Friday January 17, 2025, for its third issue, the game was a hit with 1.59 million fans, or 9.3% of the public. It even ranked fourth in the audiences, well ahead of M6. If the show has retained its emblematic setting, its host and his sidekick Bill the Extraterrestrial, another major element of this return is the presence of Fanny Veyrac. She was one of the Gafettes during the broadcast on TF1 several years ago, and she agreed to reprise her role in this new version. A risky bet, especially after several years of absence, but one that paid off: the public was happy to rediscover the good atmosphere and energy of the show.

In an interview with Télé Poche, Fanny Veyrac spoke about her return and how her role has evolved. “I never saw myself as a model!” she said, explaining that the role of women on the set had changed a lot. Today, the Gafettes are no longer there just to smile and make up the numbers: they have a microphone and can intervene as much as necessary. “We have carte blanche for interventions. It’s perfect harmony,” added the woman. She also spoke about her reconversion, after leaving the media scene. (…)
