The White House is preparing to welcome back Donald Trump for the second time, after his first term which began eight years ago. The inauguration takes place on Monday and, unusually, will not be held on the steps of the Capitol, as is normally customary. Due to the freezing temperatures expected to hit the capital, the ceremony will take place inside the headquarters of Congress, in the Capitol rotunda. We take stock of this event.
