Since January 12, the story of a woman who was scammed by a fake Brad Pitt has been circulating on social networks, even if the show in which it was told has decided to withdraw the replay. Indeed, Anne, aged 53, explained to Seven to Eight that she had been defrauded by a man pretending to be the famous American actor by telling her that he was suffering from cancer. Falling into the trap, she ended up giving him 830,000 euros. After ensuring that the TF1 program had distorted her comments by thus delivering her to malicious Internet users mocking her credulity, Anne received public support from her daughter.

Invited in the program La Grande Semaine, broadcast this Saturday afternoon and an extract of which was revealed on the social networks of the M6 ​​channel this Friday, January 17, the victim’s daughter indeed testified by flying to the aid of her mother, lynched and mocked online for almost a week. Questioned by Ophélie Meunier on the impact that the broadcast of the Sept à Eight report may have had on her, the young woman assured that “it’s very difficult”. “Everything that affects my mother necessarily affects me.
