In remission from cancer, the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, visited patients and staff at the Chelsea hospital where she was treated.
Several photos from this royal visit were posted online by the royal family on the official Facebook and Instagram pages of “The Royal Family”.
We also learn that Kate Middleton has joined the Prince of Wales to become “joint patrons of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust”.
The Prince of Wales has held the position of President of the Royal Marsden since 2007. This role was previously held by his mother, the famous Lady Diana.
-The announcement of this new role attributed to Kate Middleton was made following her visit to the hospital. There, she was able to meet patients undergoing treatment and healthcare workers working in different positions in the hospital and interact with them.

The Princess of Wales announced she would begin treatment for cancer in a video posted on social media in March 2024. She recently said she was relieved to now be in remission.
