Anne Le Ny brought together Omar Sy, Élodie Bouchez and Vanessa Paradis on screen for a romantic comedy that turns into drama.

Vanessa Paradis, Élodie Bouchez, Omar Sy, José Garcia… This is the five-star cast of Just tell me you love me, the trailer for which was revealed a few days ago. Directed by Anne Le Ny, the film begins as a romantic comedy in which Marie, played by Élodie Bouchez, and Julien (Omar Sy) form a solid couple at the head of a happy family for fifteen years. But their balance collapses the day Julien’s childhood sweetheart, Annaëlle (Vanessa Paradis), reconnects with him. Consumed by jealousy and lacking self-confidence, Marie then begins an affair with her new superior, a narcissistic and manipulative man played by José Garcia. The romantic comedy then turns into a psychological drama when Marie finds herself trapped in a dangerous spiral that will put her marriage, her career and her family in danger.

In theaters February 19

While the film is expected in theaters on February 19, Omar Sy has already started promoting it via his social networks. As proof, this January 14, the 47-year-old actor shared the poster of the film with his approximately 3.1 million subscribers on Instagram, simply recalling its release date as a caption. A publication which immediately received a shower of likes and laudatory comments.
