Sylvie Vartan has shared her life for over 40 years with Tony Scotti. Together, the couple have lived in Los Angeles for many years. It is therefore quite natural that the singer was upset by the violent fires which have devastated California since January 7. Speaking to Laurent Delahousse, she reveals: “These are images of the apocalypse which disturb me a lot and which cause me a lot of pain. I have a lot of friends who have lost everything and all these people who are completely in despair. It’s truly something unthinkable how in the space of a few hours lives are turned upside down to the point of being wiped out…”

The singer continues her touching confidences by explaining: “Words are lacking and I admit that I lack concentration, because I am haunted by the images that I see. »
