At 38 years old, Christophe Licata is one of the emblematic dancers of Dancing with the stars. But despite very good ratings over the weeks, it was not the favorite duo who won season 13: it was Natasha St-Pier and Anthony Colette, after the public vote.

In his book, Christophe Licata also looks back on the atmosphere behind the scenes of DALS 2024: “It was similar to school bullying (…) Some rather mature people behaved like 7 and a half year olds. And others took advantage of this story to bring light to themselves, which disgusted me”.

As for his silence until now, he explains it by fear: “One evening, returning from rehearsals, I was attacked in the street. People fell on me and started hitting me”. These are real revelations, because he did not tell his loved ones, production or the police at the time, fearing that “it comes out”. He summarizes: “I hid my bruises because I was afraid it would come out. I no longer trusted anyone”.
