Where does this famous survival instinct mentioned in the Arte documentary come from?
Sharon Stone. We all have it in us. It’s up to everyone to decide what they do with it. When I look back, I think that I am indeed a survivor for many reasons but above all I see a rich and varied filmography.
How did you experience, professionally, the period following your stroke in 2021?
Very bad. I didn’t work for many years, I lost my place in the Hollywood queue, I fell back down the acting pay scale, I lost my status and the opportunity to be chosen consistently. Anyway, as you can see, only two or three American actresses seem to get all the roles….

-Obviously. It used to be a taboo subject, but it is no longer so today. You can be HIV positive, take treatment and have a test result close to zero. These are the facts. The question of mentality remains, despite everything, a question of individuality. People choose love or fear.
