“It’s simple, two years ago, Nicolas Pernikoff ordered advertisements from me, for , for brands, because he has a communications agency. He ordered advertisements from me for €165,000 and he never paid me! It’s very simple! Obviously I gave him deadlines, there were conciliations. “This summer, he’s posting photos of himself fishing for salmon trout in Cap-Ferret, sorry, but it’s just a joke. When you’re riddled with debt and you’ve smoked up all of , you don’t post vacation photos!”, he protested.

This serious situation endangers our companies and their employees.” it is written.

He continues: “It was with amazement that we discovered that Nicolas Pernikoff had defrauded a total of more than sixty companies and service providers which have never been resolved.

“We are also surprised by the fact that the public service, France Télévisions and the France 3 channel, continues to entrust the production of programs (“Silence, ça grouse”) to a company whose manager shamelessly practices fraud and breach of trust then deplores Guillaume Genton.

And to conclude with annoyance: “These programs are produced with hundreds of thousands of euros stolen from service providers and Mr. Nicolas Pernikoff is protected by a justice system which vindicates the thieves and penalizes honest people”.
