A real estate sale worth the wait. In 2020, François Hollande and Julie Gayet put up for sale their house in Paris purchased a year earlier by the actress. Located near Parc Montsouris in the 14th arrondissement, this 1920s villa has a living space of 200 m² and a garden of 70 m².

They acquired a 19th century mansion, Belle Epoque period, on the heights of Tulle with an area of 2800 m² with a 3000 m² wooded park. The House Journal describes the interior of this “exceptional house”: a large, bright living room, wooden floors, an old fireplace and a beautiful wooden staircase. Julie Gayet redecorated the place from floor to ceiling and the house served as a reception venue for their wedding on June 4, 2022.
