This is what the daily newspaper Le Parisien indicates in its Thursday edition. Located in a closed residential area and made up of 28 residences, in Marnes-la-Coquette, in Hauts-de-Seine, the artist's villa “Savannah” has still not found a buyer since it was put up for sale in January 2018. Worse, the real estate agency which was responsible for selling it had its sales mandate withdrawn six months ago. Previously, the prestigious agency Kretz Family Real Estate had also failed.
The price of Johnny Hallyday's former house set at 10.5 million euros
According to their expertise and based on their knowledge of the market, “the house has been withdrawn from sale and no longer appears anywhere”. For these specialists, this lack of attractiveness is explained by the notoriety of the former owner of this villa. However, this property is not lacking in assets: it covers 1,100 m², has three floors, eleven rooms, five bedrooms, a cinema room, a gym, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The house was purchased by the iconic singer in 1999, before renovating it in 2010.
Initially set at 26 million euros, the sale price of the residence has since decreased significantly. Recently, it was set at 10.5 million euros.
