In an interview given to Paris Match, Monica Bellucci had admitted don’t be afraid of getting old. “As my profession is that of an actress, my body is my work tool. However, my body has changed and necessarily tells other stories than twenty or thirty years ago, when I played in Dobermann, Malèna, Irréversible or The Passion of the Christ. We cannot fight against time forever. At some point, we have to make an armistice,” she had confided.
