“I would like social anger to be expressed but damn, how come those who held the country up, the workers, the employees are now rationed while things are gorging up there,” declared Wednesday the Picard MP on Sud Radio.
But “I don't think it will take place. I fear that it will be resignation that prevails. But there will be another translation, it will be political anger, cold political anger”, which will benefit the RN, said he added.
For the deputy, who now sits with the ecologists, “we are in a time of storm but we no longer have a captain and we no longer have a crew” since the dissolution of the Assembly and the last legislative elections, said – he judged.
“We are going to do small-scale management when things are blowing hard,” he regretted, calling again for more protectionism in Europe.
“Europe open to all winds, globalization, that’s enough! We need customs protections, taxes at Europe’s borders,” he insisted.
