The couple Valérie Roberts and Martin Juneau have revealed the new project they have been working on for some time and it looks amazing!

The host Valerie Roberts and the chef Martin Juneau announced on their social networks that they were opening a wine bar called the Pheasant.

It was alongside six other people that they embarked on this major project, transforming Dominic Laflamme’s Kaviar into a new “place to go and drink wines selected with passion” and “eat simple and tasty”, all in a “festive and warm atmosphere.”

This is a return to the restaurant industry for Martin Juneau, who confided in our pages that he wanted to move away for a while, in order to concentrate on his position as executive chef for ready-to-eat solutions. -eat at Metro grocers.

On Valérie’s side, she adds this string of co-owner to her bow, she who co-hosts Stand up comics at 96.9 CKOI, in addition to having recently written two books.

The Pheasant is open now, and is located at 30 rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest, in Montreal.
