Vincent Cerutti: his partner Hapsatou Sy placed in personal bankruptcy and banned from managing for 10 years

Last March, Hapsatou Sy celebrated with joy his legal victory against Éric Zemmour. The politician who attacked the columnist live on C8 was in fact convicted of public racial insult.

The criminal court indeed found the far-right polemicist guilty “public insult because of origin, ethnicity, nation, race or religion” and fined him 4,000 euros.

Éric Zemmour was also ordered to pay 3,000 euros in damages and 2,000 euros in legal fees.

But today, it is the turn of Hapsatou Sy himself to have to face justice.

Hapsatou Sy sentenced in secret in February 2024

If Hapsatou Sy is known for having been a television host and columnist, she was also a business manager. A few years ago, the mother was in fact at the head of her own cosmetics brand which unfortunately was not successful.

Despite this, Vincent Cerutti’s wife, who calls herself an “entrepreneur”, advises her subscribers on a daily basis and gives them advice on how to “manage your business as best as possible”.

“As entrepreneurs, we embrace challenges with passion, we thrive in uncertainty, and we celebrate every small victory like a breath of fresh air” she wrote last April.

However, what her loyal subscribers did not know until now is that Hapsatou Sy was sentenced last February: the Nanterre commercial court declared her personally bankrupt, for a period of 10 years

A damning judgment made public

This Thursday, May 23, 2024, we learn in the columns of the newspaper “L’Informé” that the former columnist for the C8 channel finds herself at the heart of a very complicated situation.

His company “Résilience productions”, responsible for collecting his television fees in particular, has been in liquidation since 2021. The structure also has liabilities of nearly 600,000 euros.

The court considers thatHapsatou Sy committed “serious management errors” and also accuses him of having “diverted all or part of the assets of Résilience productions” to sell them to another of his companies called Atypic Beauty World.

Enough to create a debt of €118,600 to which must be added another debt of more than €220,000 overall (unpaid rent and unpaid Urssaf contributions).
