How do these vehicles operate?

Private radar cars are like any other car. They have no flashing lights, no visible equipment. However, they have formidable technology! Under the license plate, sensors detect overtaking vehicles. An invisible infrared flash then records the offense, even while moving.

For example, a motorway limited to 90 km/h, a motorist overtakes the radar car at 111 km/h. Result: a fine of 135 euroswhich he will receive directly at home. In the middle of the rear windshield, there is also an infrared device allowing you to read the signs. It has the shape of a black rectangle with thick contours, stuck to the window. At night, this module is also identifiable thanks to its small, slightly fluorescent LEDs.
