A band towards Namur from spring

In the spring, once the Ring roads have theoretically reopened, the E411 will experience daytime disruptions at the Carrefour Léonard. All traffic will be diverted to one side of the highway. From Namur to Brussels, only one band will be available. From Brussels to Namur, two lanes will be maintained. In the spring, we learned that the Waterloo-Auderghem junction will be closed in the evening.

Note that, since January 16, traffic on the Outer Ring (from Waterloo to Zaventem) is again via the appropriate tunnel. But other embarrassments are added. In Jezus-Eik, a stone’s throw from the Leonard crossroads, a new project has started with a view to destroying the current bridge and replacing it with two new bridges (one for soft mobility, one for motorized traffic). From February, passage on the E411 will be further hampered with narrowed lanes and a speed limit. Disturbances also to come at the La Hulpe exit with the renovation of a small motorway bridge.

The long renovation of the intersection, launched in spring 2024, is expected to last throughout 2025.
