« We’re going to have to let go. » The expression has been on many lips in Bercy since the appointment of the new ministerial team. Last week, the Minister of the Economy, Éric Lombard, and the Minister responsible for Public Accounts, Amélie de Montchalin, consulted one by one all the political groups represented in the National Assembly in order to develop « their » budget. To pass it, the government seems to be counting on the goodwill of the left (excluding La insoumise), received twice this week in Bercy.
