Public services strike in the Pyrénées-Orientales: disruptions expected in train traffic, distribution of parcels and mail also impacted

But also the cessation of the TER, Transilien and Intercités subsidiary process subject to opening up to competition. Disruptions to train traffic are expected. “Almost no TER should run on Wednesday evening and Thursday”announces Julien Berthélémy, secretary general of the Departmental Union of CGT 66.

As for the PO postal workers, they request “urgent and large numbers of hires. Salary increases, a bonus during busy periods, dignified working conditions”argues Jérôme Argouze, departmental secretary of the CGT federation of postal activities (FAPT 66).
