It was Resto Belgo, based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, which had the badge of honor of having this brilliant idea in recent months, and which popularized it on social networks.
And when we say “popular”, that’s not a euphemism!
On TikTok and on Facebook, no less than 1.1 million views of the poutine with onion soup gratinée video have been made (on each platform) since its publication, 4 days ago, for a total of 2.2 million views.
And on both social networks, the comments about the restaurant (which also has a catering service and a food truck) are rave.
