The Board of Directors’ proposal to the Annual General Meeting of CapMan Plc held on 27 March 2024 was a combined proposal for a dividend distribution and an authorisation for the Board of Directors to decide on the distribution of an additional dividend. The Board of Directors anticipated that the aggregate dividend distribution would be EUR 0.10 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. The Annual General Meeting resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, that a dividend in the aggregate amount of EUR 0.06 per share would be paid on the basis of the adopted balance sheet for 2023.
The payment date is set for April 9, 2024. In addition, the General Meeting authorized the Board of Directors to decide on an additional dividend of up to EUR 0.04 per share. On September 18, 2024, the Board of Directors of CapMan decided to pay an additional dividend of EUR 0.04 per share, in accordance with the authorization of the Annual General Meeting.
The additional dividend payment date will be September 27, 2024, the ex-dividend date will be September 19, 2024 and the record date will be September 20, 2024.
