“I was told repeatedly that they believed in me and that they would support me, but with each request, I was told that the budget was lacking.” Seeing him frustrated at not learning more, a manager delegates certain projects to him. New things that he likes, but the process must always be done discreetly. Tired, he ended up, after five years, resigning to join another organization.
